Sussex Palms Holiday Park – Terms and Conditions
Booking and Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Low – Full payment due 7 days before arrival date.
Peak – Full payment due 30 days before arrival date. -
Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

No refunds will be provided due to wet weather or early departure.

Once the deposit is paid, it is assumed that all park patrons understand and agree to these terms and conditions.
Management Rights

Management reserves the right to re-let a site or cabin if not occupied within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date (unless prior notice is given).

Management reserves the right to cancel any booking at their discretion. If cancelled by management, the deposit will be refunded.

Management reserves the right to remove any person without a refund if park rules are breached (including excessive noise).
Minimum Stay Requirements

Christmas and New Year period – Minimum stay of 7 nights.

Weekends – Minimum stay of 2 nights.
-
Long weekends – Minimum stay of 3 nights.
-
School Holidays – Minimum stay of 3 nights.
Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm (unless prior arrangement is made).

Check-out: Strictly by 10:00 am.
Park Rules
-
All park patrons must comply with park rules, which are displayed in the office and in cabins.

For the comfort of all guests, noise must be kept to a minimum at all times.
-
No noise or music permitted after 10:00 pm (except on New Year's Eve – until 12:30 am).
Breach of this rule may result in immediate removal from the park without a refund.

Site and Cabin Maintenance

Cabins and sites must be left clean and tidy upon departure.

Dishes must be washed, dried, and put away.

All food must be removed from fridges and freezers and disposed of appropriately.

Any damage caused by you or your party to park property will be charged accordingly without notice.
Pets
-
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per site, pets must be kept on a lead when away from your site.

Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately.

Any temporary pet enclosure must be approved by management.
-
Visitors' pets are not permitted within the park.
-
Pets must not be left unattended at any time.
-
Pets in cabins are not allowed on beds or furniture.

The pet owner is fully responsible for any injury caused by their pet to people or wildlife. Sussex Palms Holiday Park management and staff are not liable for any incidents.
Visitors
-
Visitors' vehicles must be parked in the designated area out the front.

Visitors must leave the premises by 9:30 pm unless staying overnight (charges apply for overnight visitors).

Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors.
Children
-
Children under 12 years must be supervised by an adult in and around the amenities block and pool.
